Our team developed a comprehensive mobile application to address key challenges in construction site management. Key features include real-time updates for seamless communication and instant notifications to keep stakeholders informed. The app streamlined daily tasks, manpower reporting, and weekly status updates. Visual documentation features, such as photo uploads with annotation capabilities, ensured transparency and accountability. All collected data is sent to off-site project managers, who use it to monitor progress and communicate updates to clients. Advanced reporting capabilities provide valuable insights into project performance and real-time monitoring. The intuitive UI/UX design, refined through extensive user feedback, ensures accessibility even for non-technical users.
