Architectural project management involves extensive documentation, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and intricate workflows. Our design management tool addresses these challenges by providing a centralized platform for architects, designers, and clients to streamline workflows. The platform enables users to upload layouts, tag blueprints with renders, associate site images with products and finishes, give approvals, order materials, and add comments and annotations—all within an intuitive interface.

Architectural project management involves extensive documentation, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and intricate workflows. Our design management tool addresses these challenges by providing a centralized platform for architects, designers, and clients to streamline workflows. The platform enables users to upload layouts, tag blueprints with renders, associate site images with products and finishes, give approvals, order materials, and add comments and annotations—all within an intuitive interface.

Solution & Implementation

We designed an intuitive workflow with a centralized dashboard displaying projects, pending approvals, and material requests. The project workspace integrates layouts, blueprints, renders, and site images in a structured view, with smart tagging to connect relevant assets. An annotation and approval system enables seamless commenting, markups, and change requests, while an integrated material ordering system allows direct procurement from the platform.

To ensure ease of use, high-fidelity prototypes were built using Figma, featuring drag-and-drop uploads, smart tagging, and real-time collaboration tools. Industry professionals tested the platform, refining UI elements based on navigation clarity, interaction speed, and approval tracking efficiency.

The platform led to a reduction in approval times through real-time collaboration and automated tracking. Material procurement delays decreased, improving project timelines. Users experienced enhanced accuracy in blueprint-to-finish linkages, ensuring seamless coordination. Overall, architects and designers benefited from an efficient, centralized tool that transformed project management, resulting in faster approvals, improved coordination, and reduced delays.
